For years I've found RegCleaner a neccesity for fast FREEEE secure registry fixes and mostly as one of the few ways to remove boot up processes for good and easily! Also sets restore points and has backups!!

Ccleaner is freeware, and it pretty much covers all of the functions of regcleaner and advanced system care.

yeah Iolo is good, good protection against cracking also
